THE SOLE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE:
This is a great Sponsorship Package for those Companies who would like to use their Sponsorship to promote more than their Company Name or one product. As the SOLE TEAM SPONSOR, with exception only to the Diamond Sponsor who will receive placement on the rear driver and passenger quarter panels, you will receive placement on 4 Team Cars as the SOLE TEAM SPONSOR. You get all of the pizzazz of the Platinum Sponsorship Package, along with all the joint coverage otherwise afforded to the Gold Sponsor and Silver Sponsor without having to purchase each separately, and you receive a discount from the combined cost. As the SOLE TEAM SPONSOR, this is the only Sponsorship level that allows you to pick your own Team Colors, although we ask you to cover any additional cost from custom colors in the purchase of your Team’s Fire Suits and uniforms. Along with the features and benefits listed in the “ALL SPONSORS” section, the SOLE TEAM SPONSOR will also receive the following:
1. WEB SITE ADVERTISING: In addition to being named on the “My Fantasy Racer” Web site, you will be provided one full page of advertising space to display special messages, products, special offerings or other messages to our visitors. You may include video (subject to parameter restrictions of the site provider) and other information pertinent to your Company, Product or Sponsorship.
2. BANNER PLACEMENT: As the SOLE TEAM SPONSOR, you are entitled to Placement of all Company or Product Banners at all events. Flanking the DIAMOND SPONSOR’S front and center, you will be located left or right in direct view for all to see. This policy shall include all “My Fantasy Racer” events, filming events, and banner placement functions.
3. TENT AREA BANNER PLACEMENT: As the SOLE TEAM SPONSOR, your Banner advertising with your Company Name, Logo, and/or Product(s) will additionally be positioned in strategic locations on Pit Row wherever your Team is located. Since you are the SOLE TEAM SPONSOR, your banners, flags and Tents will be the only Banner advertising displayed in your team’s Pit area.
4. SHADE EZ-UP TENT: As the SOLE TEAM SPONSOR, you will be provided center stage placement in your Team’s designated area for placement of an EZ-UP Awning Tent which will serve as your Team’s main command station. As the SOLE TEAM Sponsor, we encourage you to consider two or three EZ-UP tents that display your company name, logo and/or product(s) as this will serve as your Team’s cooling station stocked with cooling beverages, snacks and seating. Yours will be the only company advertized in this area.
5. CAR and UNIFORM PLACEMENT: The SOLE SPONSOR is the only Sponsorship who will be displayed on all 4 of your Team’s race vehicles, with exception only to the DIAMOND SPONSOR who will be displayed on the upper portion of the driver/passenger rear quarter panels and the rear of the vehicle which is reserved for “My Fantasy Racer” and the Race-On Driving Experience and Associate and Business decals at the forward door hinges. You will receive hood, roof, trunk lid, front nose, driver and passenger side front quarter panels and both vehicle doors, and full Team uniform placement and have the right to select Team colors that compliment your company’s color scheme. Note: Typical car numbering has been relocated to the lower front and rear quarter panels to provide for greater Sponsor visibility relating to their Team vehicles.
6. NAMING HONORARIUM: As the SOLE TEAM SPONSOR, Your Company Name or Product Name will be honored as the Sponsor of your Team, providing you additional acknowledgement, being known as the “Your Company or Product Name” Team. Our announcers, host and hostess will refer to your Team with reference to your company or product name.
7. PRESENTER AT THE SEASON FINALE BANQUET: We invite you or your designee to present the “My Fantasy Racer” Trophies and Prizes to your Team during our Season Finale Banquet, with exception in the event that one of your Team’s players becomes the Grand Champion, as that award is reserved for the Diamond Sponsor’s presentation. We will provide dinner for you and a guest and can provide our host hotel discounts for accommodations. Additional dinner tickets will be available at our cost.
8. UNLIMITED TICKETING FOR EMPLOYEES/GUESTS: As the SOLE TEAM SPONSOR you are entitled to receive unlimited tickets for Grand Stand Seating during any “My Fantasy Racer” filming or racing event. You will also receive 4 In-Field Passes, putting you in the midst of activity and excitement. In-Field Passes are restricted during driving/racing events. Upon request, additional In-Field passes will be made available to accommodate any special activity being conducted by you in your Team’s Tent area. Releases and waivers will be required to be signed and arrangements must be made with advance notice.
9. LIVE THE DREAM–DRIVE THE CAR: Only the DIAMOND SPONSOR and the SOLE TEAM SPONSORS will be provided a personal driving experience, free of additional charge. During any visit to the facility during any filming event, we will provide you with the opportunity to drive one of your Team cars for ten (10) laps on the track. Please note that due to insurance regulations, without completion of the full training program drivers are required to follow a trainer in a designated car and restricted from passing.
10. COMMERCIAL SHOOTING: We will coordinate with you for the filming of any commercial spot(s) utilizing our Contestants or crew and can make available the discounted services of Arizona Highway Productions for filming of such event. There will be no charge for the use of the Crew, minimal charge for access to our contestants and filming must be scheduled and completed during our regular shooting schedule. Advance notice and scheduling is necessary.
11. IN-SHOW COMMERCIAL: One time during each episode we will provide a brief commercial-like announcement conducted by our race announcer or your Team’s host or hostess. You must provide copy of the commercial to be read. Because of the likelihood of reruns and syndication, we discourage special pricing or discounts that may not be applicable in the future. We will also accept any video, commercial or logo meeting our minimum standards with a PG rating to be displayed on-screen in the lower left hand corner during your special announcement. Video is restricted to 15 seconds in length. Videos must be delivered to us, pre-edited, prior to final editing of any episode. “My Fantasy Racer” Producers and management reserve the right of final approval of any item submitted for airing.
12. PRIMARY PLACEMENT and RANKING: At all times, as the SOLE TEAM SPONSOR you will receive naming placement ahead of all other Sponsorship levels except the DIAMOND SPONSOR. Where applicable, you will receive increased lettering size and increased banner sizes and/or additional coverage and placement in all locations afforded to the Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors. This is three times the exposure without three times the Package price. At all times, you will receive first listing flanking the DIAMOND SPONSOR’S center and preferred location placement.
13. BOOTH PLACEMENT: You will be given priority placement flanking the DIAMOND SPONSOR’S placement, if any, for any Promotional Booth you would like to include during any “My Fantasy Racer” events. Booths must be operated by your personnel, and if travelling with us, we will be happy to arrange travel and accommodation discounts for your personnel.
14. CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS: “My Fantasy Racer” has identified St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and the Phoenix Children’s Hospital to receive charitable contributions from proceeds and fund raising events.
