THE RACE TRACK:

MY FANTASY RACER was originally created and designed to be conducted in Memphis, Tennessee on the three quarter mile paved and banked Memphis Motorsports Park track. With the announcement of the Dover Motorsports, Inc to close the Memphis facility, we were forced, with our affiliate partners, the Race-On Driving Experience to seek new facilities.

WE HAVE BEEN SUPERSIZED! As a result of our hunt and association with the RACE-ON DRIVING EXPERIENCE, we have gained an extra half mile of track and are scheduling filming of our show at the NASHVILLE SUPERSPEEDWAY in Lebanon, Tennessee, just outside Nashville. This is another one of the remaining trio of facilities operated by Dover Motorsports, Inc.

For you, our Contestants, the extra mileage will provide you with even greater opportunities to reach extreme speeds of between 165 to 200 miles per hour behind the wheel of our cars. We are working feverishly to make the changes necessary on our cars to accommodate these higher speeds. We feel this will add to your overall Contestant Experience on our show.

Some other obvious changes include those extracurricular activities that will be conducted away from the track. Rather than visiting Graceland, the former home of Elvis, we will visit the Hermitage, the former home of President (and General) Jackson. Instead of a cruise on the Memphis Queen on the mighty Mississippi River, we’ll take a leisurely cruise on the General Jackson Riverboat along the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville to the Opryland Theme Park. Instead of the Memphis Pyramid we’ll visit Nashville’s Parthenon, an exact replica of the famous Greece Parthenon. And the music, well Memphis certainly has its unique sound, but they do call Nashville the Music City USA for a reason. Although we will miss Memphis, we promise that this move will only enhance the excitement of your Contestant Experience.

The track is located about an hour away from downtown Nashville and we will provide daily shuttle from our host hotel to the track in our fully stocked Party Bus. We’ll crank up the tunes, turn on the lights, and before you know it, we will arrive at the track for your daily dose of thrills and chills training. We’ll keep the bus stocked with plenty of snacks, cold beverages, and plenty of high energy to match the high performance of our cars. You can search high and low and you will never find another Contestant Experience quite like MY FANTASY RACER.
