MY FANTASY RACER, LLC announces that it has merged within itself and shall become VISION CREATIVE PRODUCTIONS, LLC. This action was taken to pull the Terry D. Hilmer Group, LTD, My Fantasy Racer, LLC, Films de Petroglyph and Hilmer-Fischer-Cruz Productions under one corporate entity prior to the launch of its public offering of common stock under SEC Regulation – D – 504 Rules. Vision Creative Productions will initially offer a minimum of 80,000 share of its common stock starting in mid-July 2009.

October 2009
Dover Motorsports, Inc announced on October 29th it will shut down the Memphis Motorsports Park moving that tracks schedule Nationwide Truck Series Races to Nashville and its Camping World Truck Series will go to St. Louis. Dover announced that it had entered into a sales agreement for the Memphis facility but after many months it was determined that the buyer could not get financed on the Ten Million Dollar Purchase. The NHRA Races Scheduled in Memphis have been terminated and have not, as yet, been scheduled for other locations.

My Fantasy Racer, LLC has begun negotiations with an Arizona Race Track facility to all the company to re-locate to the valley where it can more easily earn desired tax credits from the Arizona Film Commission. The move will include a re-location or establishment of a second racing school for the Race-On Driving Experience. “This will not affect our plans for our first season and will require only minor adjustments to the show’s format”; said company President Terry Hilmer, if this deal happens soon, the changes will take effect for the fall 2010 filming season.

January 2010
MY FANTASY RACER has been looking at several alternative racing facilities for its base of operation including locations in Arizona, Iowa, Georgia, Alabama, and California. MY FANTASY RACER and Vision Creative Productions have secured the NASHVILLE SUPER-SPEEDWAY in Lebanon, Tennessee. This facility is a Dover Motorsports, Inc property, which provides an additional one half mile of track over the Memphis facility assuring increased speed exciting for the fans and contestants alike.

My Fantasy Racer, LLC/Vision Creative Productions, LLC has promoted Jamie Rodriguez and Craig Stiebeling as new partners in the company. Jamie will serve as the Vice President of Promotions/Marketing responsible for purchasing our advertising and promoting our projects. Jamie will also serve as our Sponsor liaison to ensure that we meet the needs of our Sponsors.

Craig Stiebeling has become the Vice President of Development and will oversee our fabrication department’s efforts to create props and other needs of our various productions. With his experience in auto fabrication, Craig will also serve as the on-site Safety Director for the My Fantasy Racer television show.
