INVESTOR / INVESTOR PARTNERS:
There is no secret that a successful television program has the ability to become a virtual 'Cash Cow' generating profits that exceed the norms. This is especially true for successful Reality TV Shows because Reality TV typically can be produced for far less than regular scripted television. This is due in part to the fact that Reality TV, by its nature, utilizes untrained non-professional actors in the role of its main characters. As a general rule, this talent costs much less than the high salaries often demanded and negotiated for more recognized actors. Another reason is that most Reality based TV Shows follow a general outline script rather than employing a staff of writers to constantly write and rewrite the next episode's script. In this regard, Reality TV is more 'off-the-cuff' than other more formally scripted formats.
In comparing costs, a typical season of MY FANTASY RACER, all inclusive, will cost about the same a many single episodes of scripted television. Our seaon includes 12 regular episodes and an extended two hour season finale. Yet, as with scripted television, we are entitled to the same basic advertising sales rate and will include the same number of commercial spots per hour of television.
Unique to MY FANTASY RACER is the fact that we represent one of the only shows eligible for primetime viewing with the ability to generate an additional income from In-Show Sponsorship. Our racing theme is conducive to car, banner, and other In-Show Sponsorships offering a new advertising medium typically reserved for major sporting events. The theme and the show's demographic is also a theme for attracting a new breed of advertiser who normally reserve their advertising dollars for major events only. Couple this with our attraction for Product Placement and MY FANTASY RACER become a virtual cash generating machine.
Consider our wide appeal, the popularity of Motor Sports, which is the second rated sport currently on US television and the #1 Sport World Wide, and the fact that we make a personal connection with every viewer, there is absolutely no reason to believe that this show will not become a hugely popular and successful show.
The opportunity to invest in a television show is much more rare than investing in a movie production. Additionally, a well thoughtout television show is far less risky with success easier to attain. We don't need to draw huge numbers to the theater, rather we simply need a show that can respectfully hold its own in its allotted time segment and is able to capture enough interest to hold its place in the Nielson Ratings. Whether you are a fan of racing or not, I am certain you are aware of its overwhelming popularity and can see that MY FANTASY RACER is on track to becoming a successful leader in television entertainment.
You can decide the worthiness of this project for yourself. There is nothing we can or will say to try and sell this concept as being anything more than what it is. We do believe that what it is, is exciting entertainment of interest to a huge potential audience. More than 75 Million individuals call themselves "FANS of NASCAR" and our hands-on the wheel contestant experience reaches far beyond the track to include the fans of all racing genres as well as non-race fans alike. We believe it has all the ingredients necessary to become a popular weekly television series that will gain the support of a diverse audience. We sincerely believe it has been carefully detailed and developed to capitalize and rise like cream to the top in all of the genres incorporated into its unique format.
