Hey all. I just joined the team for Fantasy Racer and I just wanted to say that we are working very hard to get going with the fun. Hang in there and I can't wait to meet you all at the casting calls.

Thanks Lisa. I believe I speak for most everyone who pops onto this Web Site when I say we are going to have to work on making you a fan of NASCAR. It is an ever evolving sport filled with passion, fun, and extreme excitement. It is much more than left turns like some seem to think. I'm sure you know I can't promise anyone a spot on the show, but I will wish both you and your husband good luck. Perhaps you should think about signing up too. That will make you a fan for sure. Best of luck and remember to tell all your friends about the show and the Web Site. Thanks! Terry

I can't wait until you have the casting call and I hope my husband Jeff gets picked to be one of the racers because I get so bored at home watching Nascar because it doesn't interest me but maybe if I had to watch my husband race I could get excited! I think this is something great for Nascar fans to get involved, especially in the Nashville area.

Hello Kevin, thank you for your interest in MY FANTASY RACER, the fastest Reality TV Game Show on Earth! Thank you also to both Carole and Craig for your support and quick action to respond to Kevin's concerns. Outside of the show, I am NOT the spokesperson for the RACE-ON Driving Experience. However, there is some information I will share to hopefully clarify any confusion. RACE-ON Driving Experience is NOT GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. Bill, JD and their staff are alive and well. they are all very involved in this television show. In fact, it is through them that our access to the Nashville Super-Speedway came to life. As stated on their site, "until the NEW OWNERSHIP is in place" does not mean new ownership of RODE, but ownership in the Memphis facility. I'm sure you can appreciate that there is a flurry of activity happening behind the scenes that include the RODE Regular Season. I'm sure you can also appreciate that most of this is sensitive information and until all agreements have been finalized, no announcement can be made. You can trust that the very second Bill and JD can make an official announcement, they will. RACE-ON will remain an active affiliate partner in this show and are looking at every available option for their 2010 Regular Season. As details become known, official announcements will be made. Once again, I'd like to reiterate that Bill and JD are committed to the show and committed to RACING. THEY ARE NOT GOING OUT OF BUSINESS! To reach them, follow the contact information on their site or included on this site. As Craig stated, its not too late to sign up for this show. Simply start with the Registration and we will send you back an Application. Thank You! Terry D. Hilmer - MY FANTASY RACER!

HELP. I always tend to be the last one to the party - I am trying to find out all I can about the show - I have been trying to find INFO about raceon. The only thing I found is at www.4raceon.com and it had the message below. This must be the wrong one because it looks like they are out of business. Can you list the correct contact info? I am a little slow at the internet world. But I am sure I can race fast! Race-On Customers, Dover Motorsports announced on October 30, 2009 that they are closing the Memphis Motorsports Park and after further discussions, they will not allow anyone to use the facility until the new ownership is in place. This sudden announcement has put Race-On in a difficult position and in order to have any possibility of providing this ultimate experience, we are currently suspending all business operations and transactions until further notice. We want to insure you that we are doing everything that we can do to make this transition as smooth as possible and all operations are pending the status of the facility. Race-On wants to thank everyone for your patience and supports over the years. Any updates on the status of the situation will be posted and for any questions or concerns, please email to info@4raceon.com and we will get back to you in a timely manor. In order to accomodate everyone, we ask that you please send an email and apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks again for your patience and understanding, Race-On Management Race-On Driving Experience

Jumping on the band wagon a little late I see. Sounds like a great show. When will raceon open at Nashville and how do we contact them and signup? Are we still able to participate with the show if we drive with them prior to the show starting?

Feel the rumble - hear the roar - and smell the sweet perfume of burning rubber and high octane racing fuels as the clock ticks down and the green flag begins to wave. We have successfully cleared what appeared to be a major hurdle. No doubt Iâ??ve been battered and bruised on this adventure having been kicked and once in a while beaten for the wear, but through the support of the team, our fans, our Contestant Want-to-Bes and my family and friends I gotten up every time and prevailed over all obstacles. I guess with every worthwhile venture, there is a price to pay and dues that are owed. David Johnson, good to see you on here. I credit you with overcoming your own battle â?¦ Internet Intimidation. You are right on two points in you January 2010 posting: (1) yes, it will be all the sweeter for us all; and (2) this Internet thing is here to stay and quickly becoming a necessity in everyday life. I want to thank everyone who has shown their support either on this Blog, through the Yahoo Group, on Facebook, Twitter, and the encouraging Emails. For me, that is the fuel and the energy that pulls me up when frustration and the unknown tries to take me down. I am convinced that NASHVILLE is a very good move for us. I have experience working with the Chamber of Commerce in Nashville and many of the hotels â?¦ that past life thing. Well, as usual, Iâ??ve said a lot without saying much at all, especially when it all could have been said by simply saying, in the famous Nashville twang â?¦ Thanks Yâ??all! LETâ??S GO RACING now at 200 miles per hour. The mountains are cleared and only little bumps are ahead of us now.

Hey Gang, I know I don't keep in touch as often as I should, but my computer skills are seriously lacking and I actually need to go to the company I.T. department to get help sending an E-Mail. Terry, we all appreciate all the hard work you continue to do and it will be all the sweeter once we hit the track. I always enjoy reading everyone's input on that blog thing and checking out the web site as well. Maybe this interweb thing will stick around after all. Take Care and God Bless you all. Dave Johnson

I would like to join Craig, Carole and the staff and crew of "My Fantasy Racer" in wishing each and everyone of you the Happiest of Holidays and may 2010 be the year that all dreams do come true. All things are possible if only you will believe with all that you are and in time, each and every dream can end like that little boy and girl in the fairy tales we loved in our youth, and we all remember that they lived happily ever after. Whether your dream is mine, or something special for you...may 2010 be the year that it all comes true. Once again, Happy Holidays my friends. "Terry"

Carole, DEFENSIVE DRIVING classes aren't so bad ... they teach you a bunch of hand signals and salutes... oh, wait that was my OFFENSIVE DRIVING class. It had little to do with driving, but are appropriate to some drivers I've encountered. Oh, and did you know that those finger signals are universal and have no language barriers? So see, there is value in education. The number one rule in Defensive Driving is purchase a quality radar detector... and use it. "T"

Carole C said:   December 16, 2009 9:33 am PST
ok ok ok - I'll see if I can locate one of those tracks :) and trust me you if I raced for "a living" there'd be no need to do it on the streets - in the mean time I'll try to be more respectful of the law :) :) Off to traffic class on the 29th - this should be a blast!!!!! PS: Still planning on winning the race & now I'll have a defensive driving class under my belt watch out boyz :) LOL

Speed-Demon Carole! I guess its time for me to chime in with my two-cents worth on your posting. Do remember that my advice and $1.25 should get you a small cup of coffee almost anywhere, although I'm not convinced you need anymore pep! I suppose the responsible thing for me to do is to say that I fully agree with Craig. After all, there are others on the road and speeding on public roads has been proven to cost lives. There, now that the responsible thing for me to say. Now for the not-so-responsible thing for me to say. Carole, I know you had fun. I'd hate to have to admit the speeds I've attained dodging those roadside cameras here around Phoenix. Sometimes I'll race other cars up the entrance ramp trying to lead rather than follow. This is however something I can't officially advocate and for the sake of any law enforcement officials reading this, I admit nothing and state that I have never gone beyond the speed limits...my own that is. Carole, shame on you, but I wish I had been there! Zoom-zoom-zoom! Every responsible racer knows that speed is for the track not the street and Craig is right, there are facilities available to satisfy that quest for speed and high performance.

Craig Stiebeling said:   December 5, 2009 6:46 am PST
NOW Carol PLEASE slow down on the streets. We sure don't want you getting any more tickets. We want you racing on the race track with us not sitting in some small room some wear dressed in a orange jump suite. :(. If your need for speed is that bad might I suggest you visit your local drag strip and make some passes in your car in a controled environment. That way every one is safe and there no chance of you getting a ticket. REMEMBER street racing is NOT racing. Let's keep the speed on the race track. Other than that I sure hope you have a GREAT Christmas and a HAPPY NEW YEAR.
