Danica Patrick, look what you have started. It appears that a battle of the sexes is brewing in the racing world, to which I tip my hat and simply say; "OH BOY!" For those of you who may not know, in her first NASCAR Nationwide Series Race on February 13, 2010, Danica's presence in that series increased viewership by 60% on that day over all previous Nationwide Series records. I guess this only goes to prove that behind every successful chick is a brilliant man...tell me that Bob Parsons didn't know what he was doing. I think maybe I need my own group of My Fantasy Racer Girls. I certain am glad that I had the foresight to include women in this show right from the start and it will be interesting to see who will ultimately win it...right now I've got about 3,000 applicants 50/50 men and women between 18 and 66 and can't think of a single one who didn't say they would win, although in developing the show I've to make it win, lose, or draw the contestant experience alone will make everyone a winner... just perhaps not as rich as the one who claims the title and wears the crown. And with that, get ready to rumble, ah, a, or, I mean...get ready to start your engine(s). "T"

HELP. I always tend to be the last one to the party - I am trying to find out all I can about the show - I have been trying to find INFO about raceon. The only thing I found is at www.4raceon.com and it had the message below. This must be the wrong one because it looks like they are out of business. Can you list the correct contact info? I am a little slow at the internet world. But I am sure I can race fast! Race-On Customers, Dover Motorsports announced on October 30, 2009 that they are closing the Memphis Motorsports Park and after further discussions, they will not allow anyone to use the facility until the new ownership is in place. This sudden announcement has put Race-On in a difficult position and in order to have any possibility of providing this ultimate experience, we are currently suspending all business operations and transactions until further notice. No doubt Iâ??ve been battered and bruised on this adventure having been kicked and once in a while beaten for the wear, but through the support of the team, our fans, our Contestant Want-to-Bes and my family and friends I gotten up every time and prevailed over all obstacles. Carole, DEFENSIVE DRIVING classes aren't so bad ... they teach you a bunch of hand signals and salutes... oh, wait that was my OFFENSIVE DRIVING class. It had little to do with driving, but are appropriate to some drivers I've encountered. Oh, and did you know that those finger signals are universal and have no language barriers? So see, there is value in education. The number one rule in Defensive Driving is purchase a quality radar detector... and use it. "T"

ok ok ok - I'll see if I can locate one of those tracks :) and trust me you if I raced for "a living" there'd be no need to do it on the streets - in the mean time I'll try to be more respectful of the law :) :) Off to traffic class on the 29th - this should be a blast!!!!! PS: Still planning on winning the race & now I'll have a defensive driving class under my belt watch out boyz :) LOL

Speed-Demon Carole! I guess its time for me to chime in with my two-cents worth on your posting. Do remember that my advice and $1.25 should get you a small cup of coffee almost anywhere, although I'm not convinced you need anymore pep! I suppose the responsible thing for me to do is to say that I fully agree with Craig. After all, there are others on the road and speeding on public roads has been proven to cost lives. There, now that the responsible thing for me to say. Now for the not-so-responsible thing for me to say. Carole, I know you had fun. I'd hate to have to admit the speeds I've attained dodging those roadside cameras here around Phoenix. Sometimes I'll race other cars up the entrance ramp trying to lead rather than follow. This is however something I can't officially advocate and for the sake of any law enforcement officials reading this, I admit nothing and state that I have never gone beyond the speed limits...my own that is. Carole, shame on you, but I wish I had been there! Zoom-zoom-zoom! Every responsible racer knows that speed is for the track not the street and Craig is right, there are facilities available to satisfy that quest for speed and high performance.

NOW Carol PLEASE slow down on the streets. We sure don't want you getting any more tickets. We want you racing on the race track with us not sitting in some small room some wear dressed in a orange jump suite. :(. If your need for speed is that bad might I suggest you visit your local drag strip and make some passes in your car in a controled environment. That way every one is safe and there no chance of you getting a ticket. REMEMBER street racing is NOT racing. Let's keep the speed on the race track. Other than that I sure hope you have a GREAT Christmas and a HAPPY NEW YEAR.

OK We really need to make this show happen so I can race legally!!!! Just got another speeding ticket 60 in 40 & that's only cause I saw the ***** sitting there - otherwise I would have been arrested for "criminal speeding" (21 mph & over) then I wouldn't be able to race in the show :( - anyway I still feel the need for speed which is why I want to race in the 1st place :) Good thing I haven't been stopped doing 138 - now that's criminal speeding LOL :)

Just wanted to add to Terry's comments that we are glad you are all hanging in there. Understandably, it has taken longer than anyone has wanted it too. It's an exciting concept in Reality Television, and one that can make a lot of dreams come throug for a lot of people. It's heart warming to see your comments and having you follow the progress as this develops.
