THE GOLD SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE:
The GOLD SPONSORSHIP Package is an affordable Sponsorship Package that provides plenty of punches and name recognition of your company name, logo and/or product. You will be associated with one of our four teams with placement on the drive and passenger side doors. We have relocated our car numbering to the lower rear and lower front quarter panels making this valuable space available to you. From any location on the track, the doors are clearly visible. With placement on 4 Team cars, all sporting your Team’s colors, you will represent 25% of all vehicles on the track and receive a major presence in our show. You will share Sponsorship with our Platinum Sponsor who becomes your Team’s Primary Sponsor, and the Silver Sponsor who is located on the upper front driver and passenger side quarter panels. The DIAMOND SPONSOR will receive the rear quarter panels on all cars. Along with those items included in the “All Sponsors” section, the Gold Sponsor will receive the following:
1. WEB SITE ADVERTISING: In addition to being named on the “My Fantasy Racer” Web site, you will be provided 1/4 page of advertising space to display special messages, products, special offerings or other messages to our visitors. Your page will be shared with the Platinum Sponsor receiving 1/2 page, the Silver Sponsor receiving 1/8 page advertising and some Associate/Business Sponsors collectively receiving 1/8 page.
2. BANNER PLACEMENT: The GOLD SPONSOR is entitled to Placement of Company or Product Banners at all events, flanking your Team’s PLATINUM SPONSOR left and/or right in direct view for all to see. This policy shall include all “My Fantasy Racer” events, filming events, and banner placement functions subject to space availability.
3. TENT AREA BANNER PLACEMENT: As a GOLD SPONSOR, your Banner advertising with your Company Name, Logo, and/or Product(s) will additionally be positioned in strategic locations on pit row wherever your Team is located, flanking your Team’s Platinum Sponsor.
4. SHADE EZ-UP TENT: As the GOLD SPONSOR, you will be provided flanking placement to your Team’s Platinum Sponsor for placement of an EZ-UP Awning Tent which will serve as your Team’s main command station. The GOLD Sponsor Company or Product Name Tent will be located next to the Platinum Sponsor’s Tent and flanked by your Team’s Silver Sponsor tent. We encourage you to display your company name, logo and/or product(s) as this will serve as your Teams cooling station stocked with cooling beverages, snacks and seating.
5. CAR and UNIFORM PLACEMENT: The GOLD SPONSOR will receive primary placement along the front right pocket area on your Team uniforms. On vehicles, your primary placement will be on the driver and passenger side doors. Note: Typical car numbering has been relocated to the lower front and rear quarter panels to provide for greater Sponsor visibility relating to their Team vehicles.
6. NAME ANNOUNCEMENT: As the GOLD SPONSOR, Your Company Name or Product Name will receive mention in association with your Team identification by our host, hostess and/or Race Announcer at least one time during each episode.
7. TICKETING FOR EMPLOYEES/GUESTS: As the GOLD SPONSOR you are entitled to receive up to 4 tickets for Grand Stand Seating during any “My Fantasy Racer” filming or racing event. You will also receive 2 In-Field Passes, putting you in the midst of activity and excitement. In-Field Passes are restricted during driving/racing events. Upon request, additional In-Field passes will be made available to accommodate any special activity being conducted by you in your Team’s Tent area subject to restriction during other planned events. Releases and waivers will be required to be signed and arrangements must be made with advance notice.
8. PRIMARY PLACEMENT and RANKING: At all times, as the GOLD SPONSOR you will immediately follow your Team’s Platinum Sponsor naming placement and ahead of the Silver Sponsor.
9. BOOTH PLACEMENT: You will be given placement flanking your Team’s PLATINUM SPONSOR on a space available basis for any Promotional Booth operation included during any “My Fantasy Racer” events. Booths must be operated by your personnel and if travelling with us, we will be happy to arrange travel and accommodation discounts for you. Whenever possible, we will encourage joint booth operations by all individual Team Sponsors.
10. SEASON FINALE BANQUET: You and a guest are invited to join your Team during our Season Finale Banquet. We will provide seating for two with meal and will be happy to arrange our host hotel discounted rate for any accommodations. Additional seating may be available at our cost on a space available basis.
11. CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS: “My Fantasy Racer” has identified St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and the Phoenix Children’s Hospital to receive charitable contributions from proceeds and fund raising events.
