THE DIAMOND SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE:
The DIAMOND SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE is the most coveted and prestigious of all Sponsorship Packages. It is so unique that it is truly one of a kind… literally. There is only one DIAMOND SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE, and it is available on a first come, first served basis to that discriminating Company or Corporate Executive who demands nothing less than the very best. The DIAMOND SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE provides all 21 items identified in the ALL SPONSORS RECEIVE section, plus the following additional bells and whistles:
1. NAME RECOGNITION: Your Company Name or Product Name will become synonymous with the name “My Fantasy Racer”. In the show’s opening, when the name “My Fantasy Racer” appears, so will your Company or Product Name as “Presented By”.
2. WEB SITE ADVERTISING: In addition to being named on the “My Fantasy Racer” Web site, you will be provided one full page of advertising space to display special messages, products, special offerings or other messages to our visitors. You may include video (subject to parameter restrictions of the site provider), and other information pertinent to your Company, Product or Sponsorship.
3. BANNER PLACEMENT: As the Premier Sponsor, you are entitled to Premier Placement of all Company or Product Banners at all events, front and center in direct view for all to see. This policy shall include all “My Fantasy Racer” events and filming and all banner placement events.
4. TENT AND VEHICLE BANNER PLACEMENT: As the DIAMOND SPONSOR, Banners advertising your Company Name, Logo, and/or Product will additionally be positioned in strategic locations on trailers and other production equipment parked center field during filming. Additional Banners may be required to accommodate all Equipment locations.
5. CAR and UNIFORM PLACEMENT: The DIAMOND SPONSOR is the only Sponsorship level that does not include Team Sponsorship but rather your Company or Product Name and/or logo will appear on all 16 of our racecars with placement on the rear driver and passenger quarter panels, making your name highly visible from all angles. Additionally, you will appear on the collar of all Team and MFR staff uniforms.
6. NAMING HONORARIUM: Your Company Name or Product Name will be honored as the Diamond Sponsor and become to “My Fantasy Racer” what Sprint is to NASCAR and the Sprint Cup Series. Our 40-Lap Shoot-Out Race will be titled the (Your Company or Product Name) 40-Lap Shoot-Out Race.
7. SHADE EZ-UP TENT: As the DIAMOND SPONSOR, you will be provided center stage placement of any EZ-UP Awning Tent which will serve as the main command station for all activities involving filming, competitions, race control, logistics and event management. Located behind this facility will be our medical tent/trailer. Located directly across from the Grand Stands in plain view of our cameras and spectators, this will be the hub of activity.
8. SEASON PREMIER and SEASON FINALE GRAND MARSHAL: As the DIAMOND SPONSOR we invite you to serve as the Grand Marshal of both our Season Premier and Season Finale episodes. You will be given the option of driving or riding in the pace car at the start of the “Your Company or Product Name” 40-Lap Shoot-Out Racer or waving the Green Flag to start the race. This is transferable to any employee at your request and could serve as a reward for performance or achievement. We can provide our host hotel discounts for accommodations and include this individual in meals and other contestant activities to make it especially rewarding.
9. PRESENTER AT THE SEASON FINALE BANQUET: We invite you or your designee to present the “My Fantasy Racer” Grand Champion with their Trophy and other Prizes during our Season Finale Banquet. We will provide dinner for you and a guest and can provide our host hotel discounts for accommodations. Additional dinner tickets will be available at our cost.
10. UNLIMITED TICKETING FOR EMPLOYEES/GUESTS: As the DIAMOND SPONSOR you are entitled to receive unlimited tickets for Grand Stand Seating during any “My Fantasy Racer” filming or racing event. You will also receive 4 In-Field Passes, putting you in the midst of activity and excitement. In-Field Passes are restricted during driving/racing events to Company Executive Personnel only and all In-Field guests will be required to sign releases and waivers.
11. LIVE THE DREAM–DRIVE THE CAR: During any visit to the facility during any filming event, we will provide you with the opportunity to drive one of our racecars for ten (10) laps on the track. Please note that due to insurance regulations, without completion of the full training program drivers are required to follow a trainer in a designated car and restricted from passing.
12. COMPANY STATIONARY: Your Company Name, Logo and/or Product Name will be included on the official “My Fantasy Racer” stationary. You must provide us with the artwork and copies of your logo exactly as you wish them to be included.
13. COMMERCIAL SHOOTING: Much in the way the “American Idol” contestants are involved in Ford Commercials throughout their season, we will provide access to our contestants, host, hostess, announcers and/or staff at any time during any filming event with prior scheduling knowledge.
14. IN-SHOW COMMERCIAL: We will accept any video, commercial or logo meeting our minimum standards with a PG rating to be displayed on-screen in the lower left hand corner of the screen during any episode. Suitable materials must be delivered to us, pre-edited, prior to final editing of any episode. “My Fantasy Racer” Producers and management reserve the right of final approval of any item submitted for airing.
15. MFR PROMO T-SHIRT PLACEMENT: On the “My Fantasy Racer” Contestant Promotional T-Shirt, “My Fantasy Racer” Presented by: Your Company Name or Product Name will appear on the front while “I SURVIVED AN EPISODE OF MY FANTASY RACER–HAVE YOU? … Ask me!” All Sponsors will appear on the Sponsorship T-Shirt.
16. PRIMARY PLACEMENT and RANKING: At most times, as the DIAMOND SPONSOR you will receive separate naming and acknowledgement as the Show’s Sponsor. At all times, you will receive first listing, center placement, and preferred location placement.
17. BOOTH PLACEMENT: You will be given priority placement for any Promotional Booth you would like to include during any “My Fantasy Racer” events. Booths must be operated by your personnel, and if travelling with us, we will be happy to arrange travel and accommodation discounts for your personnel.
18. CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS: “My Fantasy Racer” has identified St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and the Phoenix Children’s Hospital to receive charitable contributions from proceeds and fund raising opportunities.
The primary difference in the Diamond Sponsorship Package from all others is that you receive placement on all vehicles, all uniforms and fire suits, and are synonymous with the show and the show’s name itself. Above all, you will have a major presence second to none.
