ALL SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES INCLUDE:
1. NON-COMPETITION GUARANTY: ALL SPONSORS are provided an In-Show Non-Competition Guaranty. Under no circumstances will we accept Sponsorship from any other Sponsor desirous of using any product, or in some cases industry type, that has been sponsored by another currently active Sponsor. Competition in “My Fantasy Racer” is limited to the Show and our Contestants. Example: If your product is Beer, for instance, there will be no other beer products accepted for Sponsorship. We do reserve the right to include other beverages such as soft drinks, bottled water, sport drinks and juices. Our aim is to eliminate any conflict of interest between Sponsors and the show and provide you with exclusivity and service.
2. OPENING and CLOSING CREDITS: ALL SPONSORS of “My Fantasy Racer” will have the Company Name, Logo, and/or Product Name included in the show Opening and Closing Credits under the title “SPONSORS” with placement and ranking determined by the Sponsorship Package owned. The Diamond, Sole Team, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Business, and Associate shall determine ranking top to bottom.
3. “MY FANTASY RACER” WEB SITE: ALL SPONSORS will be entitled to identification on the “My Fantasy Racer” Web site under the category “SPONSORS” with a brief message and link to your Company and/or Product web site. Some Sponsorship Packages provide additional services such as full-page, half-page, and quarter-page advertising privileges on the “My Fantasy Racer” Web site. For reference, “My Fantasy Racer” is located at: http://www.MyFantasyRacer.com on the GoDaddy.com Network.
4. EVENTS BANNER DISPLAY: All DIAMOND, SOLE TEAM, GOLD and SILVER SPONSORS will be provided access to Banner Displays at all “My Fantasy Racer” events including, but not limited to, all Casting Calls, the Contestant Meet and Greet Party, classroom training rooms, all indoor events excluding restaurants and privately owned facilities where not permitted, all host hotel banquet events, and others as applicable. Associate and Business Sponsor Banners will be accepted on an “as room permits” basis. Location placement of Banners is subject to the terms of each Sponsorship Package. Banners to be used must be provided by the Sponsor with full copy and artwork included.
5. TRACK BANNER PLACEMENT: ALL SPONSORS will be provided access to Banner Placement along the outside wall of the race track during all “My Fantasy Racer” track events. The back straight-away will be used to display all Banners with direct view from the grand stands and to ensure they will be captured on camera during driving events. Banner Placement is subject to the terms of each Sponsorship Package and Sponsors are required to provide full copy and artwork banners 48 hours prior to any filming event. “My Fantasy Racer” will store and be responsible for the care of all Banners received and will notify the Sponsor of weathering or other replacement needs. Some size restrictions apply.
6. PRODUCT PLACEMENT: If your company has a product, except alcoholic beverages, that you would like to have our cameras catch our contestants, staff and crew consume during any filming, we will be happy to coordinate with you to give you adequate exposure in each episode. Likewise, if you have a product or item you would like to donate as a prize or desire be distributed to contestants, fans, or used as prizes for home viewers, we will coordinate with you to provide the level of service and exposure of your product you expect. Sponsors will be required to supply all products and items prior to the start of filming for episodes to be included. The Sponsor shall be responsible for any shipping and/or mailing of products or items used as prizes for home viewers.
7. CONTESTANT REGISTRATION PACKS: ALL SPONSORS are provided access to include advertising information, keepsakes, trinkets, gifts, or other items in the contestants registration packs given to each contestant upon arrival and registration at the Host Hotel. “My Fantasy Racer” will provide Souvenir T-Shirts, ball caps, and information about the show and the production as well as meal tickets and identification badges in each pack. Sponsors are invited to include any promotional materials. All items to be included in the contestant packs must be delivered to “My Fantasy Racer” 48 hours prior to any registration event.
8. CASTING CALLS: ALL SPONSORS will be provided access to distribution of any promotional material you may wish presented to potential contestants at any casting call conducted by “My Fantasy Racer”. Items must be received no less than 5 business days prior to any casting call event. It is estimated that the “My Fantasy Racer” casting calls will attract as many as 35,000 people or more at each of seven cities each season.
9. IN-FIELD EZ-UP AWNING TENT DISPLAY: We will provide shaded cooling stations for each team on the In-Field during all filming events. ALL SPONSORS are encouraged to provide 10X10 portable EZ-UP awning tents that display your company name, logo or product to be used by your team. We request they be in your team colors if possible. Tennessee is hot and humid and this station stocked with cool beverages, snacks, and seating for fans will provide welcome relief.
10. ON-AIR HOST/HOSTESS IDENTIFICATION: Each Team on “My Fantasy Racer” will be assigned a Host or Hostess who will serve as the show’s liaison to the team, conduct interviews with the team and keep staff abreast of developing alliances and rivalries. During their interviews, they will identify the Sponsors of their assigned Team. Some Sponsorship Packages include additional identification by the race announcer and on-air commercials.
11. SPONSORSHIP T-SHIRTS: We will provide T-Shirts and other souvenirs for contestants to keep, including our Sponsorship T-Shirt which will identify all Sponsors of “My Fantasy Racer” printed on the back of the shirt with the “My Fantasy Racer” show name and Diamond Sponsor Identified on the front. Name size and ranking location is determined by the Sponsorship Package purchased.
12. ON-CAR DECALS and DISPLAY: ALL SPONSORS will receive Sponsorship on at least 4 Team Cars. The Diamond Sponsor is included on all 16 cars. Your Display location is determined by the specific Sponsorship Package you purchase and graphics dimensions will be provided to you. You will be required to supply graphics and decals two weeks prior to the season’s first shooting date. You are encouraged to provide additional backup graphics and decals for quick replacement as may be needed from time to time. Our Property Manager will maintain your items and notify you should supplies get low.
13. DRIVER UNIFORM PATCHES/DECALS: ALL SPONSORS shall be required to provide decals to be displayed on the contestant’s uniforms and fire suits. Placement is determined by your specific Sponsorship Package and we will provide you with specific dimensions. Patches and decals must be received in advance of filming to provide us an opportunity to have them properly affixed to the uniforms and fire suits before filming begins. Fire suits require fireproof threading and a chemical treatment requiring at least a two-week lead time from the manufacturer.
14. TABLE TENTS and DISPLAYS: ALL SPONSORS may display table tents and other low profile displays on the tables during all banquet events or host hotel dining events. Table Tents must be supplied by the Sponsor and may include all tables used during the event.
15. TRACK and PIT ROW FLAGS: ALL SPONSORS may provide flags for display along Pit Row and at various locations on the inside wall of the track. Flags must be mounted on wooden dowels no more than 3 feet in length with flags similar to those used on golf courses.
16. PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES: We will gather for professional Team and Contestant photographs during each event in front of, under, or beside all Sponsor Banners prior to the conclusion of all episode filming.
17. SHOW TICKETING: ALL SPONSORS are welcome to attend any or all of our events and we will provide you with free passes and tickets for entry. Except for special passes provided to Sponsorship Executives, in-field passes during any driving event are restricted. “My Fantasy Racer” reserves the right to restrict the number of passes and/or tickets issued to any Sponsor to accommodate the needs of all Sponsors.
18. THE SEASON FINALE BANQUET: ALL SPONSORS are welcome to attend the Season Finale Banquet at no charge. Depending upon your particular Sponsorship Package, the number of people in your group will be restricted. Additional tickets can be purchased at cost. Additionally, if you desire accommodations at the Host Hotel, we will arrange for you to receive the “My Fantasy Racer” discounted price.
19. DISCOUNTED DRIVING EXPERIENCES: ALL SPONSORS shall be entitled to receive discounted Racecar Driving Experiences offered by the Race-On Driving Experience. They offer Corporate Team Building programs and incentive programs that your employees and customers will enjoy. Simply contact the Race-On Driving Experience and mention your affiliation with “My Fantasy Racer” to receive your discounted quote.
20. SPONSOR EMPLOYEE INCENTIVES: From time to time we may invite you or your representative to serve as the Grand Marshal of one of our episode. This will include riding or driving in our pace car and/or waving of the Green Flag, and giving the command: “Ladies and Gentlemen, Start Your Engines!” They will receive our discounted hotel prices and receive all meals with the contestants and staff free of charge. We are certain this will be a memorable and exciting experience for you or one of your lucky employees.
21. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: We want to provide you every available service. If you have thought of anything else you would like to have included, simply inform us of how we can be of better service to you. Please contact Jamie Rodriguez and she will be more than happy to accommodate all reasonable requests.
22. TRANSFERABILITY OF THE SPONSORSHIP: ALL SPONSORSHIPS are transferable subject to applicable conditions including: (1) the Sale and/or merger of the Sponsor’s Company, Product, or interests in the product being sponsored; (2) The product subject of the Sponsorship, if applicable, may be changed, amended or altered with proper notice and the expressed approval of “My Fantasy Racer” at the Sponsor’s expense; (3) the transfer shall not jeopardize the restrictive nature of this Sponsorship Package; (4) shall not jeopardize the spirit of the No-Competition of any other Sponsor; and (5) shall not be subject to any sale of the Sponsorship individually to any third party; (6) any cost unduly incurred by “My Fantasy Racer” resulting from any of the above shall be paid by the Sponsor and/or the receiving Sponsor; and (7) the Sponsorship Agreement with “My Fantasy Racer” as originally engaged shall remain intact as if the assuming Sponsor had originally engaged it.
23. FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL: ALL SPONSORS are provided a first right of refusal for renewal of their Sponsorship Agreement. Renewing Agreements are limited to a 10% annual price increase cap.
24. LIABILITY RELEASE: ALL SPONSORS shall be held harmless and indemnified from any and all claims resulting from Sponsorship. “My Fantasy Racer”, My Fantasy Racer, LLC, Race-On Driving Experience, and Arizona Highway Productions are all fully insured business entities with Certificates on file specifically for this production with Benefits Corp. of Texas.
25. PRICE PROTECTION GUARANTY: Our Sponsors are protected by our Price Protection Guaranty, which limits the annual increase of the cost of Sponsorship to just 10% for each renewal year. This is valuable to you because as the show's popularity increases, new sponsorship cost will increase appropriately. This could save you thousands, even hundreds of thousands in your advertising budgets. The Price Protection Guaranty is applicable to the published standard rates and/or as may be otherwise stated in any discount or name your own price agreements.
Who will benefit from Sponsorship? Any company that has a product, service or business name that is of interest to the masses who are desirous of a low cost National Advertising/Television forum with the ability to have an impact in delivering the message to a loyal fan base of the racing community. “My Fantasy Racer” is an all-American show about an all-American sport dedicated to the passion of the fans who support it.
